THANKS,BUT WE FOUND OUT WHY.MY CHECK WOULD NOT BALANCE.THE BANK GOT WITH ME,IM STOPING BILLS SO EARLY THAT THEY COME BACK.BEFORE MY RETIRE MONEY GETS IN THE MONEY.I WAS SENDING OUT DUE TO HOILDAYS MAIL NOT RUNNING..BUT THE BANK SAID YOU NEVER KNOW ABOUT MAIL.I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT LOVES ONE.MY SISTER I LOST 3 YEARS SET ME BACK.BUT SHE WE OLDER THAN ME.BUT STILL HURTS.BUT I KNOW SHE LIVE A GOOD LIFE AND KNOWING THAT SHE IS I HEAVEN WITH THE LORD.MY HOME MORTAGE IS WITH WELL FARGO.SO FAR I DONT HAVE COMPLAINS.THEY HAVE BUT GOOD TO ME.EVEN WHEN I SURGERY ON KNEES.THEY OFFER ME TO MISS A HOUSE PAYMENT.BUT I SAID NO.

After an evening of wrong eating at the birthday dinner, I am starting once again today.
B--cottage cheese and cantalope
S protein drink
L. Tomato soup and a toasted mini bagel with peanut butter
S protein drink
D. Tilipia, leftover broccoli and maybe a little leftover mashed potatoes.
S yogurt and protein drink.

The day didn't go quite as planned. The mini-bagel with peanut butter clogged me up and I "productive burping" Which sort of put a damper on the rest of the day.
Unfortunately, it happened again today. I had leftover fish and broccoli warmed up from last night and then a few bites of cottage cheeze and I was back in the "productive burping" again.
This is the first time the restriction of the band has really worked for me (I was 'filled" last week) I still have to get used to it. The main thing is eat protein before anything else. At least I am loosing again.

my tummy was touchy last night so im not sure where im going with food today, could just be all the meds ive been taking lately
now- first mug of coffee
b- maybe some protein cereal or oatmeal
l- not sure
d- hubby doesnt know what he wants yet and neither do i
s- prtoein bar or drink
