You are very right!  I had an acolyte today who was very figgity.   I had him serve Holy Communion to me and he calmed right down.  I felt like going down and thumping his head early in the service and then after Communion I saw how God's grace can happen.

And what does that say about you...I mean the going down and thumping?

Like, my patience was being tested and I was having a hard time concentrating on my own sermon!  I didn't thump, just thought about it!

Actually, if you take the Bible for its content and not its symbolisim, which most born againers do, then if you think it, you have committed it.  In fact, Jesus said, if you think about murder, you have committed murder; think about adultry, then you have done it.  I'm just saying as pious as you sound, you might reconsider your testimony.
