What we are eating and what's eating us for Sunday 1/4?

I can't believe it is almost 9AM and I am starting this thread.  Not a bad day, but not a good day for me yesterday.

B & L - 2 breakfast toasters from Sonic.  Only one of the pieces of bread on each. 

Snack - popcorn at the movies

S- Cheeseburger with pickles from McDonalds.  Only one of the pieces of bread

Also had a protein smoothie.

ok im kinda worried , where oh where is Linda this morning

thanks for starting the post George, and great new pic!!

i had two mugs of coffee and vitamins so far

one scramble egg with slice of american cheese

some dried fruit as a snack now

working on my water today

fighting this stinken cold, hard to cough with the sore ribs

i think fage yogurt for lunch

maybe a frozen WW or lean cuisine for dinner

maybe a protein drink to boost the protein totals a bit

Ok,,thanks George for starting this thread, but where is our Linda?

B- coffee wcreamer
L- small chicken salad (that didnt sit well, came right back up, so nothing so far)
S- apple and Peanut Butter
D- cheeseburger w/o bun
S- slim fast lo carb shake

Ho hum,,not very exciting. Tomorrow I start the 5 day pouch test...and Im actually looking forward to it!

Good Afternoon OFFers.  We just got home from church and breakfast afterwards at our favorite resturant.  My WOW this morning was fitting into a booth with room to spare!!

1st Bkfst......1/3 cup cheerios and splash of skim
2nd  "     ......1 poached egg, 1/4 piece toast, bite of hubby's bacon.
Lunch will have to be a protein drink...time is all screwed up now that I had that late bkfst.
Water, water, water
Dinner:  I've been craving spaghetti so will make some whole wheat "sketti"   with a  "blop" of sauce over it.  Maybe a bite of lettuce.  I am not having any trouble with any food so far but stay away from fried, fatty or sugary foods.  Still scared I guess but thinking it's a good habit to get into.   :0)

Hello all,

B egg scrambled and 1/3 cup cantalope (not very ripe!)

L grilled cheeze sand with green beans

Snack 10 little candies and 1/2 banana

D.  short ribs, mashed potatoes and peas

Snack  protein shake.

Could be better and definitely could be worse.
