Please Keep Brenda in Your Prayers

Thanks so much Janet.  Thought of you while we were on vacation in Michigan.  They closed the Starbucks in Ludington and we had withdrawals.  We got to Grand Rapids and searched out the first Starbucks we could find.  I think we hit 3 Starbucks in our 6 hour drive home.  LOL

Brenda is sure missing them these past few days.  The ice chips just don't quench her desire for a latte.

But I happened to log on and see your post. You are both in my prayers.  I'm also sending positive thoughts and healing vibrations.  I am grateful that you were cognisant to the potential and acted immediately.

Thanks for the prayers.  The positive thoughts and healing vibrations are definately working.  If it's something we've learned through WLS, it is not to chance anything even if it seems little.  This was a perfect example.  I just wish that people wouldn't abuse the emergency rooms so much with hurts the people that are really desparate for quick treatment.  I felt helpless with Brenda being in so much pain for such a long period of time.

Aloha Floyd.......I've been MIA but I am so glad I logged on and read your post. You and Brenda are favorites and I am so very sorry to hear that she is struggling with something so serious. I have a feeling that they have caught this in time and that she will come out of it just fine and with a whole new outlook on life.

She is very lucky to have you for a husband, friend, companion, lover....all that good stuff. If I could hug you I would........

Always a pleasure seeing your smiling face.  I don't get on much anymore either and sure miss your morning descriptions. 

Brenda has said today that this has really been an eye opener.  It was a very emotional situation.  I told the congregation at church yesterday that they were seeing a rare situation where Brenda and I weren't together.  We work together, we shop together, we do everything together.  Life just isn't the same being apart.  I guess after 33 years, we should feel this way.

Hope you are doing well.  Definately miss you.  Recently thought I should email you a note, so don't be surprised some day if I do.

Floyd...I am so sorry to hear this.  Please know that Brenda is in mine and JOhn's prayers.  Please let us know how she is.

Yes...we leave on the 23rd headed to New Orleans.  The ship leaves the 24th.  I can't wait.  I will miss you two.  Hope to see you next year.  I will tell him.  He asks about y'all often.

I am sending you and Brenda positive energy. Two people in my support group had this happen within the last month and both are doing wonderful now. I will keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.
