What we are eating and what's eating us. Friday!!
Glad everyone had a good New Years day, We spent ours taking down Christmas decorations in the yard, then had a rousing game of trivial pursuit,,I lost,,how did that happen?/
Anyway, I cooked a roast and veggies and it was delicous,
Now for today,,,
B- slim fast low carb shake,,coffee
s- 1 oz sharp cheddar
L- cheeseburger on the foreman, spinach
s- apple and peanut butter
d- grilled chicken salad
s- orange and protein hot chocolate
and of course,,,water water water,,,,trying hard to get back on track! Starting the 5 day pouch test with Judy on Monday.

snack--protein drink
L grilled cheese sandwich and green beans
S protein drink
D. supper at Applebees--some kind of fish and veggies
S. protein drink
Almost have lost what I gained during Christmas. 1/2 pound to go and then it is full steam ahead!!!!

Breakfast - 1 egg fried in a squirt of Pam
Snack - none
Lunch - 1/2 C tortilla soup from McAlister's (didn't agree with me - probably the last time for THAT)
Snack - all-natural Musselman's applesauce (no sugar added)
Dinner - who knows, but I hope it's seafood!
I need to get some more protein in, so I"ll probably make me a shake sometime this afternoon. I have some of the Whey Gourmet Dark Chocolate Mousse that I absolutely love, but it really fills me up!
Snack - none
