You are doing great - for veggies, how are you on salads??  You could put your protein on top.  What about baby carrots, or broccoli salad??  I have a great recipe if you want it.

I haven't had any success with salads... will try some at home (not work) if I can find a salad dressing that is healthy and tastes good to me...

Would like to see your recipe... please post so others can see it too

I use about 2 cups broccoli florets, 1 Tbs bacon bits, 1 Tbs unsalted sunflower seeds,  2 Tbs raisins - dressing is 1 Tbs vinegar, 3 Tbs low fat mayo, 1 pk splenda.

Hope you enjoy this!!  I do and it is healthy.

I don't like to cook for myself so I buy a couple of baked chicken breasts from the deli every week and cut them up to use on my salad.  No muss, no fuss.  Or throw a bunch of chicken in the oven, seasoned however you like it, and eat it cold for lunch or a snack.

The pure protein bars are pretty good too for a snack.

Hard boiled eggs are easy to put in a baggie and eat on salad or as a snack.

Cottage cheese is good with fruit. I like it with pineapple or frozen blueberries.

Celery with peanut butter or light crm cheese.

I always kept a bag of jumbo frozen shrimp in the office freezer. I'd take out 9-11 and let them thaw and oh they made a great lunch treat. Also kept fresh snow pea pods, broccolli, carrotts, and peppers around too.
Good luck and be good to you.
