How are you doing? Are you like me and realizing this year is almost over. I don't know about you but this year can let the door hit it in the a$$ on the way out. It was not a good one for me at all
With my husbands health issues I let myself go and feel like crap and looking foward to getting Back On Track
Not to mention all the heartach and suffering going on around us.

I did a 4-mile Leslie Sansone Walk At Home video this morning. I had planned to do a Pilates class at my gym tonight, but I woke up with a bad head cold and just feel too lousy to go to the gym. I know, it's an excuse, but I have to blow my nose every 1-2 minutes, and one lesson I have learned since WLS is to pay attention to my body's signals. And my body is telling me: rest!
Also, I walked our "outdoor" dog, Patch (who had 4 puppies a week ago) 3 times today.
