Hey Everyone

How are you doing?  Are you like me and realizing this year is almost over.  I don't know about you but this year can let the door hit it in the a$$ on the way out.  It was not a good one for me at all   With my husbands health issues I let myself go and feel like crap and looking foward to getting
Back On Track   Not to mention all the heartach and suffering going on around us. 

Come on members and let's get this new year started right  Exercise is key to feeling well, strong and losing weight and keeping it off

Checking in - I have journaled on mydailyplate for 2 days in a row... today I've been on the treadmill for 15 minutes, cycled for 30 minutes and I have danced with my grandson and granddaughter ... got to work tonight, so I have to get a nap in. 
Protein so far today is 50 grams.

I need to make this commitment.  I haven't worked out yet today, but when I get home from choir practice at 7 I am going to walk 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Thanks for asking!

I did a 4-mile Leslie Sansone Walk At Home video this morning.  I had planned to do a Pilates class at my gym tonight, but I woke up with a bad head cold and just feel too lousy to go to the gym.  I know, it's an excuse, but I have to blow my nose every 1-2 minutes, and one lesson I have learned since WLS is to pay attention to my body's signals.  And my body is telling me: rest!

Also, I walked our "outdoor" dog, Patch (who had 4 puppies a week ago) 3 times today.

I did 35 minutes on the eliptical set at Fat Burn.  I like to change it up sometimes.  I think I'm getting ready for an aerobics class or something.  I'm getting kinda bored with my workouts.  Time for something new to go with the new year!
