It is not boring at all. We have many new people, as well as us old-timers who need the encouraging words and ideas.
My menu doesn't change much from day to day. I like what I eat and I eat what I like. Some think I'm slightly touched in the head because there is so little variety. Those of you who know me better are positive I was kind of nutsy before WLS.
Tonight, Tom and I stood cheek to cheek
at the stove. He was cooking rice, which doesn't agree with me, and I was cooking ground turkey, which he doesn't like. A very cozy arrangement.
B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi Go Lean
L - broccoli & pork
D - ground turkey & green beans
S - apple & peanut butter
I may have an extra snack of pumpkin & SF cheesecake pudding.

Hi Everyone! I've been busy with my son and his wedding plans. He has to return to school this Saturday and won't be home till Easter break so they had to accomplish alot in these 2 wks. I myself return to work on Saturday...I kinda like being at home but I also need an income so back I go. I'll still be on a 10# lifting restriction till next wk but I'll work around that on Saturday. Everyone have a very Happy New Year!!
B-scrambled egg and cott cheese
L-tuna and fage yogurt
D-egg salad made with cott cheese
S-fortified choc cheesecake pudding
So far, so good! Only had a problem one day when I ate a hot cereal with too much fiber in it otherwise all is good. Went to 2 movies in last few days and the smell of popcorn is tempting but bought bottle of water and carried some yogurt with a spoon in my purse.
Sometimes get alittle weak during the day but once I eat and drink I feel much better.
