Hiya guys. I hope we are all recovering from the holidays,I sent all goodies home with family. Junk food is not on my plan..and I found out neither is cornbread!
B- Strawberry Protein Shake L- Baked Chicken, and Turnip greens D- Beef and veggie stew
Some think it is boring posting food all the time,but it helps me..smile.

Good morning Linda! Its been forever since I posted here, but I decided today is the day! I havent been on plan for along time, havent gained but a few pounds but thats a few too many. So, its back to the accountability, the water, the protein,,,back to basics.
Not sure what all Im having today,,,but heres what Im thinking,,

B- protein shake, coffee
S- 1 oz cheddar
L- cottage cheese
S- shake
D- cheeseburger on the foreman. served without bread, green beans

And lots of water,,,,for a change! I really got away from that!
Tomorrow Ill post calories and grams etc..but hey, this is a start. right?!
Thanks for keeping the thread up and running for folks like us who need it!

B coffee & protein wafers
s turkey jerky
L cheese & apple
S protein nectar, handful of peanuts
D crustless quiche

My brother has called again several times this weekend, but I recognized the number on the caller ID and didn't answer his call.  And thankfully he didn't leave one of his famously nasty messages.  My husband and I have a theory that my brother's "girlfriend" finally gave him his walking papers, so now he's focusing on me again.  Lucky me.  I feel stronger now than I did when I posted it about it the other night and want to thank everyone for their support.

B: oatmeal w/ skim milk, banana & PB2
S: iced skinny latte
L: chicken, green beans
S: protein bar
D: white beans w/ ham, spinach w/ onions
S: SF pudding

Hello Linda....I sure have missed you!!

What a crazy two weeks I have had. I am finally home and plan to stay here for awhile!!
When I was at my daughter Carrie's for Christmas I brought my laptop computer in her house because I didn't want to leave it out in the cold car for two days(had it with me in Iowa). I left there on Christmas night and forgot it there. I had to go back to St. Paul yesterday to get it. I needed it for work today. Of course that was an all day affair. The grands didn't want me to leave!!

I have a lousy cold again...UGH!! I feel pretty bad...hope it clears up soon!!

B-Boost High Protein Shake and a breakfast sausage
L-tuna and cottage cheese with a veggie
D-Chicken (in crockpot) and veggies
S-Banana ???

Hope all is well with you. I will be so glad to get back to the board and get caught up with everyone. I feel so lost!!!

Hugs Boo!! I am glad you are back,what an ordeal,leaving your puter! I got a cold in my nose too! It has been chilly here and we are not used to it,

happy early afternoon

sounds like you are all starting your day off right

im working on more protein here

b- lots of coffee, and Kashi cereal with a small banana
l- atkins protein drink
s-  not sure yet
d- left over chicken from last nite with a small salad
s- maybe a protein bar, i really need to work on upping the protein to help me heal
