What we are eating and what's eating us.Sunday!
Hi guys,I had my heat turned on wrong,and almost froze to death,I am nice and warm now,finally.
It seems lots of people are taking stock for the new year,I do not have any new resolutions,I am just planning and praying to keep on pushing on.
B- Chopped Eggs L- Split Pea Soup D- Ham and Stringbeans S- Apple....keeping it simple,and dealing with the aches.
Be warm,be safe,and if you want to...eat the right things...

glad you got the heat thing sorted out
i had a nice day both my boys were here to visit with me and help out with some issues concerning my recovery. they built a ramp to help get me out of the house in my wheelchair, so will be easier for hubby to take me to the docs.
we also practiced getting in hubbys truck, which i can just manage to do now with a few props
b- frozen waffle with peanut butter
lots of coffee
l- 2 bonbel snack cheeses and a sf applesauce cup
s- some dried fruit
d- son made chicken parm and i had a few bites with some salad
s- atkins bar and a few pistachio nuts
working on upping my fluids again, but such a project going to the bathroom, that i just find myself drinking less, but will work on it again tomorrow
