So long!
Wish I could take all y'all with me. Wouldn't that be one heck of a trip!
My suitcase is finally packed to my liking! I've packed and unpacked so many times, I'm surprised I haven't worn the zipper out! I have an ample supply of protein bars and envelopes of fruit flavored protein powder packed "just in case"! Probably got more clothes packed than I'll ever wear - never have learned to pack light. Suitcase weighs 32 lbs. Hopefully it will come home weighing less and so will I
My carry-on bag is just about packed, and so is my purse. Read in the travel packet from the tour people that I can't have a carry-on and a purse on British Airways 
That kind of freaked me out, but problem solved, my purse will fit in the carry-on!!! I feel like Santa - checking my list and checking it twice. Passport - check, ticket - check, money - check, credit card - check, vitamins - check, cold med - check. Repeat, repeat... Yep, I'm compulsive!
At 5:00 this evening when we left my sister's house, she and my niece still had not packed a thing - Lord, they make me nervous.
In 12 hours, I'll be at the airport! Hope I can sleep. Now if I could just get rid of this congestion and sore throat.

will you be doing all of the touristy stuff while there???/wish i had known my family heritage BEFORE i went to London! would have paid better attention at the Tower!!!!!

Aloha Debbie......Travel is challenging. After you get there, it's fun, but the whole airport scene just depresses me these days. I hope all that goes smoothly for you. You prepare like I do.......suitcase on wicker chest at the end of the bed two weeks before I leave....etc. etc. Oh, and lists!! Ha! That reminds me, I need to get my suitcase and put it on the chest!! Yikes!
