Merry Christmas and good news

Since I was complaining about my scales not moving in a month I had to share my good news. They are moving again YIPPEE. I lost two pounds yesterday. Four weeks was a long time to go without results so early out but at least I am down two more . It was a nice Christmas gift.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas with the ones they love and are blessed with many happy memories. May God bless you all.

congrats!!!! i know how you feel with the scales not moving downward!!! i was ALWAYS at a stall it seemed....still not sure how i got this far...LOL just remember that your body has gone through a major operation and is wondering what happened...the weight will stall time and time again...remember to measure yourself and see the inches disappear!!!!

Merry Christmas and Congratulations Susie. What a great Christma gift for you. Today is 5 weeks since my RNY and I am down 37 pounds. The first Christmas in years that I am losing weight and instead of gaining it. I baked 4 different kinds of Christmas cookies for my family and friends and not eaten a single one or even licked the spoon or bowl afterwards.....I was a great cookie dough snitcher.
