Linda,

I had planned on getting a fill yesterday, but my surgeon's office called and told me the driving conditions were bad in their area **** storm), so I cancelled the appt.  and will get that fill the first week of January instead.  I really, really needed that fill, but I'd rather have my life than my ideal weight.

Our new puppies are doing splendidly, but their mom is getting a bit bored with her new responsibilities.

B: oatmeal w/ skim milk & mango
S: iced skinny latte
L: lentil & veggy soup
S: protein bar
D: zucchini lasagna (no pasta), brocamole
S: peanut butter cookie

Jean, your new babies will keep you busy!!
I know you want the comfort of your fill to stop you from eating too much, but remember, you have a lot of good practices you have adopted along the way.
Just stick to them and you will be fine. For heavens sake,if you slip,do not beat yourself up.
You are too good a person for that.
Merry Christmas!

Linda,

Thanks for reminding me to forgive my tresspasses...I am always reminding OH bandsters of that, and then I forget it when it comes to me.

It is such a waste of energy to beat yourself up about eating mistakes (or any other kind of mistake).
