It's been 3 months since my Lap-Band surgery.  I have lost 43 lbs forever!!  I feel terrific.  I am wearing size 16 jeans (started in 24's ) and I scored an XL (started in 22/24) Columbia brand fleece sweatshirt at Savers for $7.99, which fits perfectly!!  I am pretty darned happy!!!  I  LOVE  my band!!

You're doing great too Sheila!  I go back for my 3rd fill on Jan 8th.  I can't wait!

Isn't this band thing the greatest?!

I agree with everyone!  You're doing AWESOME!  Congratulations.  Shopping is simply the best thing to visualize the accomplishment.

Enjoy it.

I have tried not to do too much shopping, but I have been wearing "Hammer Pants", so I had to break down and at least keep up with a pair of jeans that fit.   I have been keeping a spreadsheet of my weight and measurements that I update every month on my surgiversary....that really shows the progress, and even when the scale seems to be moving slower than I hope, I can look at those numbers and see the progress.  whoopie!!

You are a great example of what can be accomplished with the band, Jean.  Thanks!
