B- SB Protein Bar L- Split pea soup, with a few wheat crackers D- Chicken breast salad, and Broc S- Banana and peanut butter.
I hope all your trees are trimmed with sparkling love. I am so excited, and it has nothing to do with food, fasinating!

Good morning Linda,

No tree yet, no decorations, I am so far behind with the Christmas doings. All those "things" don't matter as much as the true meaning of Christmas.

Tom must be feeling stress. He has been buying packages of OREOS ... TWO packages at a time. I asked him nicely to keep them in his office. He ate one last night - YES the whole thing and never gains an ounce - but the other one is still sitting on the counter. This morning they will go bye-bye. No more nice.
Kisses
Annette

Hello my militant sister. I have not put up a tree in 6 years,I enjoy the grands tree in their home. I decorate with snowmen I have collected, poinsettas, and Christmas bears. You are so right about the true meaning of Chrismas.what ever it means to you,I also hang my lovley cards, and wreaths, this makes me happy. The 3rd day of rain has won,I will be staying home today,a luxury to a poor woman like me.Can u put cookies in Toms car?I love ya!

A tree with 8 cats is a chore. I too can enjoy the grands tree. They have the mess, not me.

Try to relax today Linda. Rain is so painful to these bodies.

The cookies - hmmmm. For today I'll be decent and place them on his desk. Out of my kitchen is better. If he leaves more there, watch out. He'll be walking funny because they will go where the sun don't shine.

Mornin' Linda!

Hope you are doing well.  Sounds like you are in spite of the rain you're getting.  My daughter also lives in Phoenix and also collects snowmen.  We've always seen the humor of snowmen in Phoenix.  Off to work for me with my cold.  Oh well.... it's amost Christmas!

B-AchievOne
S-yogurt
L-Caesar salad w/chicken

Hiya Kath, mentally fine, physically,I have surrendered.called in,and am spending the day in recliner, working on blanket, rain has brought body down. Better this than trying to be Polly Anna at work, the heck with it, I am amazed at how much I can do without these days.
I think it is funny that your daughter collects snowmen too.
I am so happy to hear from you again,I missed you!

Good morning,

Just a quick check in today.  Status quo here: working, holiday prep, chores.  Loving the scale right now.  Down about five pounds per week and hoping for onederland by new year.  Dicey though since I'm making a ton of tamales and some fudge this weekend.  Seems like everyone here is going away for the holidays so I may drive up to hang with the Oregon grandkids again.

B yogurt/Kashi
S apple
L turkey jerky
S protein nectar
D steak/broccoli
S SF pudding

Christmas blessings to all y'all.  CV Linda

Hiya CV,I have to stay away from tamales,I LOVE them. We are looking forward to part of a quiet Christmas, then we are going to spend Christmas with a large family and gathering of about 150 people. I have decided it is time for me to be more social and this is the time. I am looking forward to it and am taking a spiril cut honey ham.
A year ago,I would have been terrified to be around so many people so it is a huge step.
I am doing as little cooking as possible, some greens and cornbread, crustless sweet potato pie,it will be good, but limited,
Nothing beats grandkids! I will be enjoying mine!
Toodles!

That sounds great, Linda.  You are accomplished, funny and have a very likable personality.  Your talents are many so share the gift of yourself with the multitudes.   Hmmm, perhaps an obligatory disclaimer is in order regarding the extent to which you share yourself.  Social is good, social diseases are not.

Which reminds me of a condom caution I used to give my son.  I'd say make sure you wrap that rascal.  To which he would agree "No hat, no party, Mom."

Later, Gator
