Good morning Linda...
That's a little funny about your alarm clock.  I turned mine off today and overslept! 
As far as food goes I'm had about 1/2 container of yogurt.  I'm still having pain with this darn gallbladder but it has improved so eating is just something I don't feel much like doing right now.  We got more snow here last night and heck I'm getting sick of it already and it's not even officially winter yet!  I hope everyone has a great Wednesday.

Laura,it sounds like you are doing the best you can. Sometimes you just gotta keep your chin up,sounds like that is what you are doing.
No snow,just freezing,make your whole body hurt rain. Even my hands hurt.
Did I miss what they are going to do about your gallbladder??

B - 1/2 cup Trader Joe's greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop cookies and cream protein powder
S - New Whey Protein bullet slushie (bullet, crushed ice, water and chrystal light)
L - Baby butter lettuce, 1/2 ounce shredded cheese, chopped egg, 2 oz deli ham, 1 slice bacon topped off with 1 Tbsp lite honey mustard dressing
S - protein shake
D - who knows - probably boiled egg and 2 boiled egg whites
S - protein shake for dessert

Hiya sis,since they changed the format here,I have a huge space under my signature,I can not seem to remove,even though I go to settings,and it seems to go away! I will try at work tomorrow,as I am mousless at home!
Glad to see you are eating though...smile.Would write more but hands fingers and arms hurt,to name a few.

Hi Linda

Today is bad for everyone.  Snow and ice here in my neck of the woods.  Its really not bad though.

B-  protein drink

L- cottage cheese & apple sauce

S- LF Farmers Cheese

D-  Fish & cauliflower

S- Protein Pudding

I must be at a stall again.  I havent lost 1 LB since Dec 9th.  I dont get it.
What must I do?     Can you stall from not eating enough?

Hi JoAnn,I love your pic. You are right today is bad weather wise, spent most of the day sleeping. My arthritis and other things,just kicked in. I feel so guilty when I miss work!
Let's hope for a better tomorrow.
Yes,you can stall from not eating enough,if your body thinks you are starving,it will hold on to what it has. Maybe time to go over things with your NUT.
