Good morning Linda.....darn alarm clocks...they just don't do their job without turning them on.

I have the car about half packed this morning. I decided to warm up and check the board quick. I will leave here about 9:00. It will take about 5 hours to get there with all the snow we have gotten. I will drive cautiously for sure!!

Have a wonderful day my dear. I will check in when I can.

Merry Christmas!!!

B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese

The rest of the day is a mistery???? Protein and water for sure!!!

Love you much...gentle hugs....Boo....to you!!

Whereas I set my alarm clock last night, then realized after it buzzed this morning that I didn't really have to get up early today at all.  So I turned the alarm off and tried to go back to sleep, but couldn't.

L: turkey a la king, broccoli

Hiya Jean,my alarm clock went off,but my body said no. 4 days of rain and cold did me in! This is why I am in AZ to avoid such weather.  I slept almost all day. I once again thank God for FMLA,but still fear losing my job.
Tomorrow will be a better day. The cookies look good.
Take care!

It is snowing here... unusual for us.  A nice arctic blast from the north... Must be Santa checking the winds for flying conditions.  People are shopping and getting ready in case they are socked in.

Yesterday was a good day.  I had my aunt over for a Holiday Lunch.. I made the Curry Lentil soup given to me by ?????   I tried to find who sent the recipe and can't find it. Sooooo  whomever you are: THANKS   the soup was a hit.  There is enough to share too.  Sent a jar home with my aunt, froze some and will give a couple containers away.

Hi Millie, things are certainly on the up swing for you! Good! You are having a good time and focusing too! Popsicles are a tasty way to enjoy something low caloried, while getting more fluid in. I will be looking for my soup!

Hiya Bev,I guess that us balance, tight, one day, loose the next. I have days when I am ravenous, and others where I have to force the protein in.
Don't ya love the ready made meals?? I watch the sodium and balance the rest of my untake for the day,but sometimes I like them and I don't wanna cook.
I hope your days are going well, you sound so happy!
