Good Saturday to you
Hi everyone
It looks like I may be the only one still up. I just let the dogs out for their final bathroom brea****il morning and I am on my way to bed.
Nothing exciting happening here. The weather's not bad and there is no snow on the ground in the great white north. I kind of like it the way it is, but I do like the stillness of freshly fallen snow.
My courses are all marked and loaded and I have just one week left to prepare for January. I have outlines to do and handouts for the first day for all of the courses I teach. I also want to reorganize my desk and area - I always plan to do that, but it never seems to look any different. I think I need someone to come in and organize me!
The pressure is off (because the marking is done and loaded) and the next few days will be much different at the college. The faculty will actually have time to talk to each other instead of running off to class, and there will be at least one pot luck lunch and a breakfast buffet at the main campus. This is a nice time of year for us professors who always seem to be scurrying from one room to another and I am looking forward to the next few days.
Well, I'm off to bed in a few minutes. Have a great day.

Today is my birthday (the 13th) and I am 58!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How in the heck did that happen?? And I haven't had my weight loss surgery yet. It seems like just a few years ago I turned 30. I have lots left to do, so I plan on sticking around for as many years as I can!

Hello to all you OFF people. And HAPPY SURGIVERSARY to ME!!!! One year and 150 lbs later. I am so happy.
Today, Mary has a candle party to go to. While she does that, I will go see what the inside of a gym looks like. Then I will go get her and we will go to a movie. Sunday we may go to the zoo. May not. I have 2 free passes that expire Dec 31. The only problem is my Jets are on TV here Sunday, and I rarely get to see them. At least I have no work today at all. I will be going home at 6AM. Mary will be going to Old Navy while I sleep, then dance recital for granddaughter at 2PM (she obviously will come and get me).
