Gearing Up For The Holidays - Daily Word For Success! Oprah!

You read it right......the word for the day is Oprah! 
I would never wish anyone to go through what we have as fat people in this judgmental world...but her struggles seems to validate our struggles as well. It's not as easy as everyone says it is.....
**All you have to do is stop eating so much
**All you have to do is put that fork down
**All you have to do is just exercise
**All you have to do is stop being lazy
**All you have to do is be more like your brother/sister
YADA, YADA, YADA...
well if someone that can afford all the best food, best chef, personal trainer day in and day out, in home gym can't do it then I don't feel like as much of a loser as before
