I'm off work today and that's a very good thing.  Have a cold so food is a whole lot of "I don't know" and "what do I want" today.....  I'll try and do my best!  No promises but........  I won't stray far.

Yesterday must have been the day for binges.  I do believe mine was weather related - yea, that's what I'll blame it on!  Today I WILL do better.

B - protein shake
S - protein shake or bar
L - roast beef cooked with tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, garlic, and generously sprinkled with parmesan cheese, and a small serving of cheesy mushrooms
S - ?? maybe protein shake
D - George's work Christmas party.  I looked at the menu - ****tail party type foods, shrimp, steak kabobs, gumbo, and cheese tray are on the menu, so I will have some healthy options.  Let's pray I take advantage of them.

Morning Linda,

think back a couple of years to the type of binging we used to do. Heck, I spilled more food then,than I now eat.

Think perspective. One day or one meal is not going to kill us. We pick up and start all over again.

Okay, I am going out to slay dragons. SNOW dragons, we got buried last night.

I am so over my binge,probably saved me from the Christmas food dragon.

Good morning to you sweetie. I am so blessed to have you and my other OFF family in my life. You are all such an important part of my life and I look back and wonder how I got to be where I am today without all of my brothers and sisters here on OFF. I just want to thank you for being you. You are so sweet and kind and send such positive thoughts to all of us. Know that I care so much for you and always will. You hold a special spot in my life and know that you always will.

Food today is just not something high on my list. I did eat some last night. I had some Chinese Chicken Mushroom soup and cottage cheese and some chopped steak. Not a lot but some and so that made me happy. I wasn't really hungry but I knew that I had to eat something. So I chose some food higher in protein. Good choice for me. I would have loved to have something different. ha ha

B: oatmeal and banana
L: one half a turkey sandwich
S: sf applesauce
D: not sure of this
S: sf pudding

I am not promising that I will eat all of this but thought it would be better to write it down and not eat it than to not write it down and then just shove anything in the big hole in my face. But really and truly the appetite just isn't there for the past few days. Might not be bad if you really think about it. ha ha

Have a wonderful and blessed day and know that I am sending you love and big hugs. I am remembering you in special prayers for you and yours. Make sure you keep that special beautiful smile on your gorgeous face!

Hi Linda, 

Those food dragons are calling my name.  Time to start focusing on healthy food choices again.

Pre- B Coffee(lots)
B- 1/2 C. Frozen Strawberries & peaches & Protein Drink
S- String Cheese
L- Salad, S/F Raspberry Vinaigrette & Leftover Baked Chicken Breast
S: ??
D: 1/2 c Whole Wheat Pasta, Venison Spaghetti Sauce

still 240#  but lucky it's not more, how easily I slipped.
