I binged last night,on italian bread and butter. I was upset because Olivia was upset, and I honestly believe she brought a bunch negative energy to my home.
I am not perfect, and the bread, which was never supposed to be here is at her house now. I am ok,and once again remember that destruction is always just a bite away.
B-cheese sticks L- Baked chicken D- Beef and Barley soup S- Apple, and a banana in the morning I will eat the banana,I always have low potassim.and have pills for that.
As we look at all the holiday treats, remember failure can be one bite away. I know I will be ok today.
  Halt Angry Lonely Tired (HALT)!!!

egads Linda! BREAD & BUTTER?

Bread was my big downfall (I loved butter too). I just stay away from it now.

I also have to stay away from "negative energy" and right now I think I am projecting a lot of it (due to my failed dating).

Hi SH,these are 2 things I do not have in my home, they were brought in. The energy thing is definitely a curse,I too have to watch out for. Maybe just take it light on the dating for now??

Ahhh, Miss Linda... I am glad I live alone right now - the porn foods don't come in my house - the negative emotions are out - it is just me... Simple... except for work days which plays havoc with my sleep schedule - my eating and my fluid intake...ummm - maybe I need to give up the work thing.  Can't do it and pay the bills though  LOL

Take care of yourself today.  You are important.

I have no idea what I will eat today - breakfast is usually a shake - my band is tight in the mornings and I can't get anything solid in.
I am going to water aerobics and the grocery store, so will take a yogurt with me for the car after swim.

Hi Sheila,do NOT put your car in the water LOL.
I too live alone and am grateful...sometimes the dragon comes with family. I am glad I did not eat the whole loaf, there was a time when I would have!
The house is cleansed and I am back on track!

Dear Jean,I think you too for being honest about your food. Hiding is part of our eating disease, and conspires us for futurr failure.
We help each other so much here, and honesty is such a part of success.
Huggers,little lady!

Hey there Miss Linda,

I too have the "bread" demon. I don't beat it as well as you do though. I think it keeps me battling the same 3 lbs and I am always worried I won't be able to control it the little I do now. It is my drug...
So....I know how that bread can call your name and make you feel good for the moment...
I am home sick till Monday....
I read your posts everyday though...just can't bring myself to post about my "toast" (oh, I made a rhyme) otherwise, doing OK....
Hope the negative energy has subsided for you....
Thinking about you...
Cheryl
