8 year labs back

I went to the doc today and picked up my copy of my 8 year labs and also visited with him, he is knew and so needs to "bond" to me and my needs.

All labs came back good, I was really surprised, the only one not back yet is the 25 hydroxy d, but we expect that to be very low as the PTH is high.....

So, now for the boring stuff, the stuff that I like to see.....when you say your labs are good, and ask me about them, I want numbers...lol

Aloha Darlene...I just cut and pasted your stats so that I can compare with mine when I get the next ones which will be coming in just a couple weeks.

I appreciate all your wisdom regarding numbers and what they mean because I find them just puzzling. I will share mine with you when I get them and see if you can decipher for me.

I don't pretend to know whether these are good numbers or not, but you seem pleased.  What is the significance of the PTH being high and the B 12 being low??  Do you take daily supplements along with the injections?

my pth is high because my vit d is still critically low. Pth gland is the one that orchestrates your calcium and where it is going to go...
