Shameless, blatant whining....
You really should have been wearing those shoes around your house a few hours a day before you had to wear them to work. When I got my last pair I got a wide and 1/2 size larger. I wore them for half the night then I put my old ones back on. I did that for a few days. I also wear diabetic socks. I've been wearing steel toe boots for almost 9 years now. Everybody is right. Oh my gosh, Teresa! I never thought I would ever see someone post who was from Waterloo, S.C. I lived on a cove on Lake Greenwood in Waterloo from 1972-1977. I've heard it's changed a lot since then. My son was born in Self Memorial Hospital. My sister-in-law, Sybil (Collins) Martin, grew up in Laurens and now lives in CT too. My sister-in-law's sister still lives in Waterloo. Her name was Shirley Coates but she has remarried and I don't know her new last name. I used to work for Palmetto Bank in Laurens. Such a blast from the past. The friends I made there are amazing.
