you are gonna be just fine-the only prob i see is maybe the 8 hours on the knee--that could be trouble- rest when you can!!!

here's a special sister hug for you for tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Hi Deb and my OFF family:

We had a big snowstorm here last night ... 6 or more inches, lots of wind. I stayed home and did laundry, baked one batch of cookies (put on my knee brace so it wasn't as bad) but now my elbow is hurting from all the stirring. So today I have my elbow brace on and will put on the knee brace before I start baking. I plan to make peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chunk (although I use chocolate chips) with splenda ... made them last year and they were a hit at work (didn't tell anyone they had splenda in them). I want to give some to my mom, who is diabetic. I plan to get her some sugar-free candy from this candy store in town that has the best candy. Really good dark chocolate turtles, too. Also want to make those almond breakfast cookies, but we'll see how long I can stand. If only my kitchen wasn't a galley kitchen.

Diva was good overnight and didn't poop outside the box! Although her poop was runny. Still can't figure it out.

Watching the Bears play ... they're winning right, beating Jacksonville, it's halftime.

Need to get through with Christmas cards and wrapping this weekend too, because I have to get presents wrapped to take with me next weekend to Chicago to my family's get-together. Also have to get things out in the mail soon because I'll be out of commission after Dec. 21. All I really want for Christmas? A knee that doesn't hurt, a guaranteed job in 2009 that's in Grand Rapids and a healthy Diva back home again.

Well, I need to get off to the kitchen and start working. Have a good day.
