Yeah, I wonder what's going on with Diva, too ... She didn't poop on the rug overnight at least, so I'm grateful for that. Jeanine, her former mom, is taking her back while I'm in the hospital and will take her to the vet. I'm giving up on the chicken and rice mixture because obviously it's not working (I have a couple of cans of wet food left and when that's done, the morning food will be done, too ... the cats will miss it, but it was just to get the chicken and rice mixture in them.) She was having diarrheal bowel movements even with the dry food only, so who knows what's going on. Maybe she has IBS. Jeanine says it could be colitis too. Some people have suggested thyroid problems, but they usually show up in weight loss/gain, and she's the same weight. Plus, a vet could have found that by feeling the thyroid, and he didn't see that either. So who knows. Jeanine will take her to her vet, which won't cost me anything and will cost less ... I'll donate to Jeanine when I get some money (food, litter, money, etc.). She runs a cat rescue called Reuben's Room. Nettie and Diva are from that rescue.
Margo, I'd call you to talk, but you never answer your phone or return calls ... I'd love to talk to you. I miss you a lot, my dear friend! How is Chico?
I know about lost CDs. My stereo was skipping yesterday and I bought this CD laser cleaning ... well, even after cleaning the laser head three times, it was still skipping. In the meantime, I tried to clean/repair some of my CDs. I took my Carpenters' Christmas CD out to clean it ... but I lost it. I don't know where I lost it ... it has to be in the house, somewhere between the living room and the front bedroom, because I moved the cleaning machine to there to work on the computer. I know it will turn up somewhere, hopefully before Christmas. So since I couldn't play music on my stereo, I had to play my Christmas CDs -- again -- on my DVD player. This is the second stereo that has died on me. Next time I'm buying a cheap boom box. It's not worth it.
