Happy Friday Linda,

Are you nearing 62 yrs old????  Can't get SS unless you aren't 62  or  apply for disability and that's hard to get.

Good luck!

Good morning to you Linda. I hope that today is better for you. I think that it would be a good idea to check out the social security. You are never going to know if you don't try. Pat is right about the disability but either way it is a good thing to look into. You aren't out anything and wouldn't know if you didn't try. God will take care of you and you already know that one.

Today is a day of I am not sure just what is happening. I might have to take my niece to the insurance company and to the car dealer but it depends on the weather and if she things she can do it. It has been 3 weeks since her accident and she is kind of afraid to drive if the weather is snowy or such. I understand just what she is saying and I told her that I would do what I can to help her. So that is why I am kind of up in the air.

My lentil soup turned out soooo good. I loved it and so did Bill. He told me I did a great job for it being the first time I ever made it. I got some leftover and that is a great thing so that is some of what I am eating for the next couple of days. Yummy!!

B: oatmeal and fruit
S: 2 cheese sticks
L: lentil soup
S: fruit
D: ground beef cooked some way and veggies
S: sf pudding I think

I hope that things soon start looking up for you. You are such a kind and giving person and I know that God will continue to take care of you and your situation. I am sending love and hugs to you and of course my special prayers are going up for you and yours.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Gooood  Morning......  Today is one of those days I NEED to get control of.  Lots going on and it would be so easy to eat the wrong things.  I'm edgy and restless so snacking could get out of control.
Brenda, your soup sounds good.  I made a couple of soups that surprised me too.  I brought a veggie tray Thanksgiving and of course had too much left over.  I made a cauliflower soup with tandoori spices.  I steamed the cauliflower then ran it through the blender.  Add 1% milk with the spices   Yummy

I did the same with the broccoli and added extra lean bacon.. no tandoori though...  was really good.  Didn't do a thing with the radishes though...lol  Radish soup?  naw....

1st B.. Oatmeal w/ cranberries
2nd B.. one bacon.. one egg
1st L.. Soup w/ cheese
2nd L.. Soup w/cheese
1st D.. fish with veggie
2nd D.. beef with veggie
Snacks will be raw veggie..or fruit
