I was afraid of taking too much vic for pain. The doctor gave me a new script. I spent the last day and a half dry heaving fluids once the little food I had in my system was gone. I have never felt so ill since the WLS. I am very weak,I have forced water on myself. I looked up med,it was a NSAID,be careful. I am going to take my vics when I am in pain, and not worry about addiction at 57,with a broken down body.
I am sipping water, and thinking about an apple later, seems to be the only piece of food I am thinking about..

LOL on the jeans Reg! My daughter commanded me never to wear a pair I had on when I went to the doctors...crack kills.
I am trying to get more comfy with my body and wear fitted clothing, such a silly, yet real problem for me.
CONGRATS!!! You are doing great,I am sipping and praying. Head hurts,I know my body needs food, but needs water more,I can only stomach little sips of water.
I am so happy for my friends here,I was feeling so low..
Huge Hug!!

Oh our sweet Linda, I am so sorry that you are going through all of this now. I am keeping prayers going up that you are soon back to our little sweetie.

Just keep sipping tha****er and know that your body will let you know what it needs and when it needs it. Just rest and take care of yourself. I wish I lived nearer to you so I could help you out.

I have a crock pot of lentil soup going for supper. I can't wait to get a bowl of that later tonight. I got ham and onion and carrots in it too. Just more added flavor and protein too. Always a good thing!

B: oatmeal and banana
S: 2 cheese sticks
L: half a sandwich
S: sf pudding
D: lentil soup
S: popcorn I think (to help with the cheese problem that will come)

I am going to the church tonight to help pack the tins for the holiday send off to our list of people in Iraq and other places. We do that every year and I am looking forward to the visiting that goes with it.

Please take care of yourself and know that I am sending love and healing hugs to you. I am saying special prayers for you and yours.
