Hey Everyone

Well the big Turkey day is over   I love our word for the day, REFLECTION!  I feel if we start our day with this word then it puts on the right road for a GREAT day

Wake up and REFLECT on yesterday.    Did  you eat well, did you pass up temptations, did  you get all your protein in first, did you drink all your water?  if you did then give yourself a pat on the back and feel great about all the positives you accomplished

If your REFLECTION leads to you realizing you didn't do so well, don't beat  yourself up    Take a moment to think about what was going on that that moment that lead to you making the choice you did and what actions can you take the next time

Taking the time to REFLECT daily, arms us with a game plan to be strong and accomplish all we want to in this journey and life

Enjoy the day

Take care,
Kathy

Hi, Kathy:

AS I reflect on yesterday I am very pleased.  We had a wonderful group of 10 around our table.   I ate my protein first and just had a little of most everything, or all that would fit on my salad plate.  Much better than I did last year that is for sure.

Sent most of the leftovers home with my daughter, but have turkey left to make some casseroles.

Hope everyone else had a nice Thanksgiving.

Blessings,

Jeane
