The kids are having sushi, and I am having a catered meal at work. I am happy with this. I elected to work,my life has changed a lot.to not be cooking, and I get to join them for the afternoon. I am praying not to over eat, and if I do,I hope it's veggies.
B- Wheat burrito L- Beef stew D- Chicken soup S- Apple.
Enjoy, and help me to remember what the day  is really about,ok?
Hugs to all!

Linda,
FOR ME:
The day will be abou****ching everyone else eating until they are ready to explode. I will be thankful to spend time with my family. A time to look at Tom and think "Thank GOD I have him in my life". It will be a day to enjoy having the ability to get down on the floor and play with my grands, and then easily get back up. In a dress and heels too. Thankful that we are having dinner at my daughter's home and THEY have to deal with clean up instead of me.

If I happen to overeat, that will be okay. One meal, one day, then start back on track. Beating myself over minor booboo's hurts.

Have a wonderful Bird Day, or in your case Sushi Day/ Catered Meal Day.

Sending love & kisses

We've gone non-traditional at Christmas for the last several years. Our favorites are either fried fish and fried/boiled shrimp with the fixin's or home made Mexican food.

Happy Pre Turkey Day!!!

I plan to listen for anyone using the phrase "Turkey Day" and give them the swift kick in the backside they so richly deserve!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO EVERYONE~~~~~~~~~
I am so looking forward to the day as my Son, DIL and Grand daughter (9) will be here and they are going to do all the cooking while I sit at the table and we can laugh and have a good time .  To make the day even better would be to have our beautiful daughter from Boise, Idaho with us but she works in broadcasting  and couldn't get the time off.  I am looking forward my my full fluids/pureed stage.
This year I am Especially Thankful for finding all of my "Loser" friends here on  OFF.  God Bless you all ~~~~~~~~~~~
