I just sent y DH ot the grocery store to see if there was such a think as FF/SF Cool WHIP toppoing and he called me back and said they had FF but not SF. But do he stores carry it>?  Who avbout that Readi Whip....is that ff or sf?  Maybe I will have to go to the store myself tomrrow  and see for my self.
In my WW folder it says we can have multi grain bread, rolls, multi grain pasta and brown rise but I notice very few of you use these,  I am looking ahead of course and Briatrics surgeons have different ideas on alot of difference things.  I am getting "ringy and dingy" so better get to bed and get some rest.

Read the labels....I use Cool Whip cause there is Nothing in it....

Are you doing WW?

Here is a link to the Kraft web site with all the different Coolwhips listed.  If you click on the "Learn More" button for the product you are interested in, it displays a nutrition label.  There is a Sugar Free Coolwhip.

i use the light cool whip and im fine with it.

im not a big fan of FF anything, before or after surgery.

as to breads, rolls and pasta, i rarely eat that stuff since surgery, at first they did not go down well in the pouch .  i got used to eating crackers and thats what i mostly do when i want that starch component.

be safe and well, have a good turkey day

hugs, jacki

If I recall Reddi Whip does not have any sugar in it.  You can buy lowfat Reddi Whip and Cool Whip.

I have only found either FF Cool whip (or store brand)
or SF Cool whip(or store brand) I specifically looked for both. The nutritional facts on both of these seem to be alright for us.

As to Redi whip it is my understanding that it is made from a milk product so you have to deal with lactose.

OMG... I just read what I wrote last night and boy was I "ringy dingy".....All the misspelled words etc.  No, I'm not on any narcotics but felt myself very hyper and could not relaxe...now I see what I do when I'm overly tired!!  Good lesson for me....and today I am going to try relaxe more and not over do.  I've always been like this after any type of surgery.  Is it something to do with the anesthesia?
Thanks for the help with the Cool Whip.  When I get to the supermarket myself I will be able to read labels.
