What kind of job do/did you have ?I've done a number of things, but the outstanding jobs were cooking for senior citizens, school custodian,nursing assistant in an assisted living facility, sales associate in electronics at a Walmart.
What's you favorite type of music, movies, books?country & blues are top followed by the rest (except hip hop &rap).
Love a good comedy and sci fi for the special effects movies. I enjoy a good mystery with comedy like Janet Evanovich

Got a favorite flower, color, flavor, scent ?Gosh, I just can't pick one favorite flower - I love them all. blue is my fav color, caramel is tops in flavors, the only scent I don't like is mint.

Jamie is divorced, she has a 6 year old son, Dominyk, Jacob has never been married but has a daughter Adalee who is 3!!! Two teachers and a son (Jacob) serving in the US Navy hunting pirates!!!!!

I had an RNY in July of 2006 and lost 122 pounds which was below my doctors goal, this summer i put back 4 pounds which seem to want to stay with me.
Married to the same guy going on 36 years this December, with two boys, one is 32 the other is 29, and both are single, so no grands yet.
I have a 10 year old orange tabby cat named Cognac, we call him connie.
i work part time for a doctor doing insurance work which turns my hair gray, thank god for miss clairol.
i love to read, mostly mystery, romance, anything english, best sellers. i enjoy most music especially jazz., but dont listen much cause hubby always has the TV on. Im addicted to my computer, i love to play games, especially on a site called Pogo. my favorite is scrabble, which my mom taught me to play years ago, and i love any game with words, though not crossword puzzles.
i live in NJ near the shore area, and i grew up in New York City, so I have not moved far.
Gas was 1.77 today at WAWA, skim plus is about 3.49 for the half gallon, and no clue about the bananas, i buy them regardless cause i love them, especially with a dab of peanut butter on them
my favorite color is purple, i love most flowers, especially carnations, and chocolate is my middle name, although only do Hersheys sugar free since the surgery

Love the Blues, Country, Rock, and Classical music. In movies, I enjoy comedies and Oscar caliber stuff, and in books, I like to read courtroom mysteries.
What do you enjoy in your free time ?
I enjoy gardening (recently became a Master Gardener), taking photographs, knitting and crocheting in the wintertime, used to love cross-stitching, but I can't see it anymore...my eyes aren't so great...and I have recently gotten into rubber- stamping cards...what fun!

I do! I left here for 25 yrs, but am now back in the town where I was raised, and my son will (hopefully) even graduate from the same High School as me.

I lost down to 253 from 427.... and have gained back to 312 now... I guess when I hit 427 I will go have surgery again...

I have a 12 year old mutt I saved from the pound... her name is Doggie and she is my perpetual companion.... sorta like a tumor, attached to me all the time...

I am retired from the Coast Guard... and have had about 100 different jobs before and since then... wish I could land and stay put somewhere... just had knee surgery and am out of work right now...

My last jobs were Route sales for Frito Lay and a couple different linen companies.. I liked the idea of being outside part of the time when working... before that I was a teacher for a licensing company teaching folks how to get their Captains License to operate a passenger carrying boat. I had my own woodworking business for 6 years...

Classic rock... movies... action stuff I guess... I like watching Top Chef and Hells Kitchen kind of stuff on tv.... reality stuff...

Woodworking... especially on the lathe...

Do you have children ? if so - how many, how old ? I have one 28 year old daughter named Heather and a wonderful son-in-law named John. Heather is having her RNY on 12/1.
Do you have pets? if so- how many, how old ? I have 2 wonderful pets - a 17 year old ****etiel named Fagel Bird & a 4 year old rescue cat named Meco.
Do you work outside your home , retired , in between ? I am happily retired.
What kind of job do/did you have ? I was a New York City Elementary School teacher for over 34 years.
What's you favorite type of music, movies, books? I enjoy many types of music - classic rock, easy listening, country. I like any movies that my husband is willing to take me to. I can't wait to see the new James Bond movie. I read mysteries.
What do you enjoy in your free time ? I enjoy spending time with my family. During the week I spend time with my daughter and my grandcat Cosmo.
Do you live in the same community you were born, raised in ? I was born in Brooklyn, NY. I was raised in Fresh Meadows, Queens and my husband and I have lived in Farmingville, NY since 1972. I have never lived off of Long Island.

What are you paying for a gallon of gas , a gallon of 1% milk, a lb. of bananas this week ? Gas is $2.15. I nver buy a gallon of milk so I'n not sure... Bananas were .69 a pound.
Got a favorite flower, color, flavor, scent ? My favorite flowers are yellow roses. My favorite color is purple. I love the smell of coffee brewing.

If you lost as much as you hoped/planned/ wished for ? I've lost 52 pounds so far, hope to keep losing more
