Debbie I too take Provigil 200 mgs daily , even being on the c-pap machine i still need it . or i nod off to sleep several times a day.. i have been on it for over a month and i still get the jitters for awhile. appetiete supressant i guess , i dont eat much any way ,have to force myself to get in 1200 cals a day...

that is what i need to lose too. been at this weight for a year , oh well i know i can maintain lol ....

Good morning.. All this talk of snow..yuck. We have only had a flurry here and there I am happy to report. I am on some kind of a high this morning. I cleaned the oven last night, maybe the fumes got to me. I cleaned until 1AM last night then couldn't relax was awake until 4:30.Up and running by 8am. Got to work at 9 and got all my paper work done by 10. Then I went and dusted , straightened and put away videos in a consultation room. I am in shopping mode fo Christmas too. I had orderd 3 things from EBay and all three came yesterday, what fun, it felt like Christmas to me even tho nothing was for me. Giving is the most fun anyway.Hopefully I can get to the bead store after I have  my car looked at today. Ineed to get silver chains. Iam making all the gals in my family state quarter necklaces from the states they were born in. Plus Making one for my boss as a going away present next week. She has a new mantra this week "I don't care it is no longer my problem". Biggest Loser is on tonight. Ihave so much fun with that show..I best run and clean something..Blessings

Hi Janet and OFFers, it's a beautiful, very cool, sunny day here in New Orleans!  Sorry I can't join y'all as often as I use to.  I really miss y'all!  Trying to handle the new job along with the old one is kicking my butt!  I go home in the evenings tired, but happy and smiling!  My mindless snacking has slacked considerably - maybe because I'm so busy, or could be because I'm so happy not to have my butt chewed out on a daily basis.  The old fart did stop by yesterday morning asking for me.  Luckily I was at a work related computer class.

George and I went fishing Sunday - caught an ice chest full of mixed fish.  Guess what we've had for dinner every day since Sunday.

The procedure on my foot did not work as well as I had hoped.  I see that doc again tomorrow and I'll try to talk her into doing a repeat.  Gotta get the foot ready for my London trip.

We have two conferences today at lunch time.  See ya later!

Hey, I'm just getting a little post on the way......we had snow last nite, about 2 inches, so everything was covered this morning.....thankfully I didn't have to go anywhere until noon.  The sun has shone brightly all day and the sky is the most beautiful shade of blue, but mama it's cold out there, brrrrr!

Had a senior luncheon at noon, turkey and all the trimmings.  I ate turkey and small bites of some of the sides, and drum roll please........passed up the pumpkin cheesecake!!!!!   Good Girl!

It was so nice to stitch this morning with the sun out.
Got quite a bit done on towel number 3.

Off to teach another piano student now...

i have had a crazy day today. i got called in to open up the store. My coworker had a misscarriage last night. So i got to the salon at 0940 to open up. 40 minutes late. my boss called me at 0858 can i get there as soon as possible. So i did.
i stayed ther etill 1215 then went to the Gastric bypass surgeon in Sarasota. What a jerk he is.
bedside mannor like a dead fish. i didnt like his attitude. Told me my abdominal pais isnt from adhesions but hell send me for a ct scan anyway. Seems like he doesnt like to see other doctors patients. Wants all my records from Denver. So i gave them the phone number and signed releases. if it come down to surgery i think im going back to Denver to have my doc do it. ill do the ct scan but i will have a report sent to Denver incase.
Then  went and played with my cousin and lily. Then went to dinner at out back. i ate soup.....
Now  am at home.
