Good Morning Linda,
I'm going to whisper a few extra prayers for you today...you have really had a difficult time.

Currently sipping on a protein shake, will munch on either some salmon salad or a hamburger for lunch and dinner. I'll carry an apple with me for the long drive home from work. That's my plan anyway.

Take care of yourself Linda,
Alice

Linda,

I called my endodontist's office this morning about my painful tooth.  The office manager discussed it with the doctor and just called back to say he's putting me on an antibiotic, but no pain meds, rats.

B: chocolate cherry protein shake
S: yogurt
L: chicken, cauliflower w/ tahini sauce
S: ham & cheddar rollup

Good Morning Linda....Sorry to hear you are not up to par and wish you bettr days.  It is a sun shiny cool day here in ND but temps are supposed to rise to  high fifties in the next day or two.
I get to have water, tea, jello, broth and popsicles today and tomorrow.  Yippee !!  Surgery on Wednesday.  Time to finish packing bag with all my "junk" as we have to leave tomorrow (Tues.) I check in to the hosp. @ midnight and was told I'll be first on the list.

Everyone have a splendid day and I'll post when I get home.

Good morning everyone...

So far today I've had a protein bar and string cheese.  I also had to have a few rolls of Smarties as my blood sugar took a dive.  That is good news because my surgeon just cut my diabetes med in half again.  So I'm on a quarter of what I was taking pre-op and getting a low every day.  I'll probably have to call him sometime this week because he originally wanted me to stop the med altogether but we decided to see how this goes first.  It's amazing.  If I can drop the diabetes med I'll be off ALL medications.  All I'll need are my daily vitamins and calcium supplements.  Isn't that wonderful?  I couldn't be happier.

Hey Babe - You are going through rough times. Wish I could be there to give you a hand.

My brain is cluttered with "stuff" and I am feeling empty inside. All I want to do is EAT!! That's a big switch for me. Dang, even the cat food is looking yummy.

Lately I am throwing out so many life lines to others but forget I need a boat and oars too.

Healing thoughts and happiness to all.  I've had computer problems but all is well now.  Had a good, lazy weekend with Gil.  We went out for a couple of meals and watched movies on DVD, walked with the dog and gave him a bath.  Also saw a very cute movie, Beverly Hills Chijuajua (can't think how to spell that little Mexican dog) at the theater.

B coffee and protein pudding
S banana
L skinless baked chicken thigh/asparagus
S SB protein drink
D asparagus soup/protein crackers

Big hugs, CV Linda
