Packed and ready to go to surgery tomorrow
Hello Laya
Greetings from the North, I wish you all the best and know you must be feeling impatient right now.
You have a good list. It appears complete to me.
Probably shopped for you needs already, drinks etc.
I will be thinking of you and send my "GOOD VIBRATIONS" LIKE THE SONG!
SORRY I CAN'T GET MY FONT LARGER

Good luck tomorrow! I brought my own robe and slippers because I'm particular ... plus they make you walk the halls every two hours (or at least my hospital did). I liked having my own soap and shampoo, etc., although they'll give you some (I'm allergic to fragrances and like my own stuff). The pillow is a good idea because hospital pillows are horrible. I hardly read at all ... too sleepy and unfocused from the drugs. But a good thing to have while you're waiting for surgery, especially if you're alone (as I was).
You have a good list. Get ready for the ride of your life!
Laya,
Best of luck tomorrow and know thought and prayers for a speedy recovery are coming your way.
I had my surgery last Monday Nov 3. I'm still getting use to my new tool.
I use to live in Northern CA. Lived there from 1984 till 2002 when mu husband died. We ived in Alameda, and then Manteca. I loved it there but wanted to be close to family and moved to PA.
We took the Ferry to San Francisco once a month.
Anyway enjoy your new adventure and we will have a spot waiting on the loosers bench.
