Howdy and OOpsy daisy,
Still trying to catch up at work and on housework.  Looking forward to the long drive (9 hours one way) to visit my daughter and her family in Eugene OR for Thanksgiving.  My trusty companion, Good Dog Carl, will keep me company. but he refuses to share the driving.

My friend, Gil, will come this weekend with some DVDs and help me bath the dog.  We'll go out for some salmon, my current favorite thing, and maybe a ramble in the woods since the weather will be nice.

B cottage cheese with SF apricot jam
s protein pudding
L skinless baked chicken thigh
S South Beach Tide Me Over protein drink
D more chicken/asparagus

Linda, I hope that you are feeling better soon. I just wanted to let you know that if you decide to race in the Indianapolis 500 next year with the walker you can stay with me if you would like. I live 3 hours from Indy so we could get up very early and get you there. Just a thought. Please take care of yourself and make sure you take it easy. I am losing my balance a lot now too. I can't tell you how many times I have become intimate with a wall. Gotta laugh at myself tho.

Food for today has been nothing so far. I am getting hungry tho and so it is coming time for breakfast to be served.

B: sf oatmeal with pomegranates (I love those little bits of sunshine!)
S: apple with peanut butter
L: half sandwich (peanut butter and jelly) and a cheese stick
S: sf pudding
D: fish and veggies
S: popcorn

I am hoping that you have a good day. I am sending love and hugs to you and keeping you and yours in special prayers. Keep a smile on the beautiful face and remember that your smile may be the only bit of sunshine in their life.

Hi Linda....I knew something was wrong when you didn't post yesterday. I am glad it wasn't anything worse like broken bones or something. Prayers are with you!

I have had a busy morning just getting on the board now. I will be glad when tomorrow arrives!!
