OK,I fell again,on Monday,this time my whole right side,including my shoulder is hurting. I came home and cocooned myself.
I am tripping over the wheel of the walker,or even if I am barefooted I still fall. I am going to try and be extra careful,I am not ready for a hoover chair.
B- chopped egg salad L- Baked Chicken,green salad.
D- Shrimp and I dunno

Thank you Carla. I am going to be real careful. I swear losing weight has taken away my center of gravity,but I am still losing,thank God for that!

No idea on food today.  I was out of control again yesterday.  Stressed and no food ready.  Aaarrggh.  I need to be careful today.

Oh Linda......sending soft gentle hugs to you.  I have a problem with losing my balance too.  The PT thinks it is because I don't have good core strength and have poor vision. Well I'm trying to fix what I can.  Everyone tells me be careful....well duh!!!  It's not like I try to fall. LOL!!   I have to laugh even though it hurts...... Anyway I hope your bruises and pain heal quickly.

Haven't had anything but coffee yet but here is the plan

B- Shredded Wheat & Skim Milk (warmed- it's pretty good that way and warms me up)
S- 1 c. Mixed fruit 
L- Salad & cuppa Progresso light soup
S- Turkey Roll up
D- Venison Chili

Morning Linda and all....
Sorry to hear you have fallen again.....hope you are doing better and not too bruised up.

I don't know why but I am very unsteady on my feet too.  Granted I walk a lot better than I did 100 lbs. ago, but still have a tough time, sometimes having to hang on to something....last nite at handbells after standing for the first 1/2 hour, I started getting light headed and sick to my stomach and I think it was from standing for so long without holding on to anything.....anyway they got me a chair and after a few minutes I felt ok.....so now they are going to have a stool for me to sit on.....duh, I hate being this way, but what can I do.

My revised eating program is working well, thanks be to God!!!  Cutting out the bad sugary carbs which I'm not supposed to eat anyway, has resulted in a loss this week, so far.

B - cottage cheese pancakes w/sf syrup (I love 'um)
L - tuna salad on bed of lettuce, ww crackers
D - lean cuisine dinner

S - maybe will make some protein ice cream

Feel better Linda and step very carefully, girlfriend!

I hope you feel better... take care of yourself... please don't fall!

So far today I've had some melon and now I'm working on my protein bar.  The rest of the day is blur.  I'm not sleeping and my doc says it's hormones.  I'm going to try some melatonin and see if that helps.
