Thank you for your kind words BellaNell. I don't want her to suffer anymore but I'm really going to miss her. I had hoped that with all the treatments a miracle would happen.

Good Morning Turtle Linda! (well afternoon actually)
Anyway - I have become an official coffee lover. I never in a million years thought anything would replace my Mt. Dews but coffee, decaf at that, has done the trick. LOL I did have to give up my suger free International vanilla flavored creamer - the pouch does NOT like that at all! I did get the Torino vanilla flavoring and use it with skim milk and that has the same taste as the creamer. Whoo Hoo!
My schedule is all whacked out today as I slept late this morning. This is the first year we've had Veteran's Day off work. I feel a little guilty because I did not attend the veteran's day events with my parents. My dad and 5 of his brothers served in WWII. My sister was in the Navy for 28 years. Although I did not publicly acknowledge them, I do remember and am grateful for all the veterans in my thoughts and prayers today.
I'm not going to post my food because I really don't know what I'll have today. When you start out with lunch (protein pasta and homemade meaty spaghetti sauce) it sort of makes the rest of the day weird.
Hope your day is a good one. Always remember Linda, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs to you.

Linda, I would never have thought you had yourself in a shell. Your posts come across very loving, friendly, and outgoing. I'm glad you did meet with Janet and had such a good time. Just a small step but a good one. Soon we will see you out and about trekking all over visiting you OFF family. Millie
