I don't know where everyone else goes. I know there is a lady on the boards that does it. I did not use her, Yvonne McCarthy did mine. Sorry, I am no help.

Go to the main board and ask. There will be someone to answer, that does the cards. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she usually answers when someone asks. I hope that helps. I need to get one myself. My ticker reflects the weight loss since surgery but I lost 47 lbs. before surgery. I've lose 123 lbs. I was waiting to get to 125 or 130 before I get mine. Teresa M.
