Talk to your your knee surgeon or your pcp about referring you to vocational rehab. They work very hard at getting people back to work. I don't know if your medical history will qualify you but voc rehab will give you an intake interview and make that decision. It certainly would be worth a try. They help with your resume, transportation if you need it and many other things. I think every state has a voc rehab agency. Good luck. I know what it's like being out of work and desperately needing a job.

Marc, you can have my job. I don't want it anymore. But it is in South Carolina. And it is rough on the knees and 12 hr. shifts and alot of walking. I'm glad I've got a job just wi**** wasn't as stressful. I hope you find something soon. Don't give up. There will be something to come your way. Good luck, hope it's a good job too. Teresa M.
