New Year - New Life 2009
Hello OFF Friends
I am very excited. I just nicely "exposed myself", came out of hiding, to the forum members and was welcomed by so many and I got a date. Pre op January 7/09 The real thing January 23rd 09. I will start a new year and hopefull a new life of being more healthy. I travel from Canada to Traverse City Michigan, about a three hour drive for the surgery. I have been to Traverse City many times and really like it there. Good Shopping, resturants etc.
At 66 years old there are not many exciting surprises in life, but I expect 2009 will have many for me. I am prepared mentally for some good some bad...I have read so much positive feedback from the folks here, that I cannot help but feel it will be a good thing!
Whatever stage you are at in your personal journey I wish you well. Take Care LOLA
