Ouchie WOW moment

Take heart all you Newbie's - WOW moments still happen after two years.

Went for my Flu shot today and was asked to bare my arm. She took one look and said my arm was so skinny that she had to switch to a small needle. It still hurt going in.

WOW (and now ouchies, it is sore)

My thigh is now smaller than my upper arm was 2 years ago, the upper arm is less than my wrist once measured ... We just won't talk about what happened to the girls
