  VOTE  VOTE  VOTE      What a great privilege we have in this great country.   Why does it take a crisis for us to perk up and take notice of what is going on around us?  Isn't it interesting what we Americans do or don't do affects the rest of the world......  What power that is.

Ok...  I did much better yesterday with my food.   AND plan on a repeat for today.  I used Darlene's recipe for drying chick peas for a snack.  I drained and rinsed a can of the peas.  Used four different flavorings then baked them....  They came out crunchy and good for a snack.  

No menu today...  I need to get to the store....

Yes sweetie I am on my way to vote in just alittle while. It is important for all of us to vote no matter who we choose. We are lucky to live in a country that allows us to do so.

I go see my therapist after I vote. I always enjoy our visits. I see him every 8 weeks or so. It is always good to check in and keep my ducks in a row!! Lord knows I have alot going on all the time!!

Hey Linda and OFF family.   I have voted today, as well as my two youngest kids.  The first time for the youngest, he turned 18 on the 22nd of last month and was soooo excited to be able to vote in this election. I am too.  What's eating me is this last pound to make one hundred pounds gone.  I guess I'll just have to be patient. I once heard how you get patience is to wait.  Didn't like it, but it makes sense.

I voted this afternoon.  There was a sparse crowd but I was told it had been crowded early this morning and they anticipate a crowd after 5.

B.  oatmeal/ egg/ cottage cheese pancake and 1/2 with lite syrup.

S.  protein shake, cranberry juice and 3 gingersnaps (they are finally gone)

L. small bowl chicken/vegetable soup and grilled cheese sandwich

S. shake, cranberry juice

D salmon, 1/2  cup sweet potato, broccoli

S. shake
