What we are eating and what's eating us.Monday!
Well so far today I've had my yummy protein bar and now I'm working on a yogurt for a snack.
What's eating me is that I STILL have not seen my nut for my followup which should have happened 2 weeks ago but they keep rescheduling me. So I'm at a loss for how many calories I should be taking in each day and I don't know how to count protein grams in my fish and chicken. Any help with these questions would be so much appreciated. I'm afraid I'm not eating enough (700-800 calories) each day.
Other than that, it's the most beautiful day for Wisconsin in November... supposed to come close to 70 degrees! Woo hooo!

Hiya Laura,the NUT thing is not cool! YES,your calories sound low,and you should not be lost and uncertain at this time. I think it is time for a little agression.
Tell her if she can not see you to email you your outlines,which you should have had from day one.

Hi, all.
it has been one of those hurry too busy days.
B poached egg 1/2 piece wheat toast with spray on butter, 1/4 cup chopped cantelope
S protein shake
L 1/2 cup tuna, lite miracle whip, wheat crackers three sections, 1/4 cup warmed up cauliflower
S protein shake 1/2 cup cranberry juice
D 1 chicken leg (baked and skinless) 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup peas
S protein shake.
Hoping tomorrow, my day off will be slower. I am going to vote and my husband has signed up both up for a "55 alive" class put on by AARP which will lower our insurance rates. I will spend the night at the farm so won't be on line tomorrow.

Hiya Jeane,I hope you enjoy your day tomorrow. I found out today that my brother and I are on the opposite of the fence for the election. I am surprised that it upset me so much,but it did.
I think my emotions are running high. I have not put one thing in my mouth today,but I am going to eat soon.
