Good morning,Linda. I have high hopes that today is going to be great for all of us!

I have some errands to run this morning and then this afternoon is the dreaded pcp appointment. I really need to do something about getting another one of those pcp's and pray that they are better than this one. But then again I think that Dr. Frankenstein would be better than she is! She has a couple of good qualities but not to many. At least not that I have seen yet and I have been going to her for about 2 and a half years. I would think that I would have seen her good ones and there is only a couple that I have seen.

Down to the food today. I made some adjustments yesterday but they were all good.

B: slim fast low carb shake and banana (in the car)
L: lunch out after the doctor
D: fish and veggies
S: probably nothing

Have a wonderful and blessed day my sweetie. I am sending love and huge hugs to you and special prayers are going up for you and yours.

Hi sister Brenda,I hope the time change is getting better for you,it always threw me off too,my ex used to get pissed because I would not change the clocks...LOL.
Yeah,you need to fire that pcp. You are in charge!
Kudos on your food changes. It is amazing that NOT eating does not make us lose weight,the right things are a must to make our bodies burn the fat.

 It's rainy and dreary here in the Seattle area...  we had a fantastic fall so I guess we are back to normal....  

Food has been out of control again.  This morning I'm having everything fixed and set in the fridge so I won't decide to eat something else.  Today I will have my grandson for a few hours.  I love this little guy... so much fun being "almost three".    

I'm making fleece bathrobes for my Grands for gifts.  I have plenty of time to get them done... and it is fun to do.  I put in an audio book and sew away for hours.  Just wish I could make a living doing it.  LOL

L: ???
D:  chicken breast  over spinach
S:  Protein shake and apple

Hiya Millie,kudos on the food. May I suggest you chock your menu with some extra food that are healthy? String beans stir fried with onions rock,and are good for you. I would chock my menu with good carbs and protein,so if you or your body needs more food,it is legit because it is on your menu and removes the compulsive behavior,if you eat good,if you don't good,but it stops the head screw we are all so good at doing to herself.

You made me laugh.I showed this post to Olivia,she laughed,said it was so cute. I am gonna tower over you girl! I am bigger than you too,but it's all good. I am my personal best,and God has been good to me. I am the ex almost 500 pound woman.

Hi there,

Well the NUT appt was ok, I did gain 1.5 pounds but she looked at my food for the past 3 days and noted I had lots of sodium, so she thinks I probably did not gain but am holding fluid......the scale will tell in a day or two.  Also I have not been getting enough water in to flush the sodium out.  Will try better the next couple days and see.

hey I've been called worse..............I liked the sexy part though, haven't felt like that in quite awhile, going to have to talk to the hubby.......... LOL!!
