Coffee Drinkers Question
hi chevy
congrats on making the decision to have your surgery, it will be awesome
i did not drink coffee for almost three months after surgery, but that was mainly because i had no taste for it. i drank decaf tea, hot and cold.
when the craving hit again, i used a mixture of regular and decaf beans to make my coffee at home and that is what i still do. i use skim plus for one cup and treat myself to sf creamer in the second cup.
when im out i usually ask the server to mix a little regular in with my decaf, but mostly i drink decaf.
its funny, i enjoy the whole "coffee experience" more since surgery but i do try to control the caffeine i take in.
be safe and well, jacki
