I've got CRS!!!!

Recently my CRS (Can't Remember S***) has gotten TERRIBLE.  I feel as though my brain is in a permanent fog.  A friend who had RNY 4 years ago said this is part of the rapid wt loss.  Did any of you feel this way after surgery or is ths just an age thing?

I take 4 chewable Optisource per day. Each tablet has 125mcg.

what are your lab levels, it doesn't matter how much you take it's your lab levels, the only ones that do us any good is the sublinguals or the injections.

Donna, I don't know which is worst  CRS or OFS??? My B12 is sky high and in fact my Dr. told me to cut way back on them...ask Darlene, I think part of my problem is I'm blond at the roots...Beth

I take the B12 sublingual from Trader Joe's 2X weekly;  I also use the liquid B Complex 2X weekly.  This really helps my memory bone.
