It has not been easy, but today, the 29th of Oct.  I officially weigh 20 pounds less than I did on Oct. 29th.

Wow!

Next goal is pounds to be less than 220.

One little goal at at time, and I do believe that one day I willl reach goal.

Blessings,

  Congratulations Jeane

Doesn't it feel good???  I have been within the 50 pound mark forever now, but the scales are my friend now and I see it even closer.  That was my first goal....my next goal is to get out of the 200's and I want it badly - so in my mind before Thanksgiving.

Keep up the good work...

Thanks, Sheila.

I am flying to Missouri for the suprise 50'th birthday of my sister Dec. 26th.  I am hoping I will have reached 30 pounds off by then, but it has been a long time since I have weighed 222, so I am not complaining!

Thanks, Linda

This just makes it more real to me that I am going to be smaller than I have been in many years.  I feel so much better with just 20 pounds gone, and I am hoping to maintain a 2 pound a week weight loss at least, but know that sometimes we get caught in  holding patterns, so will try not to get too upset.

Hi! Congratulations. Read my post about being 5 years out....Just keep your eye on the "prize". I figured, that I had one, last chance to have a "normal" life, and I will keep at it. I respect my "tool", and just up the water and protein when I slow down or bottom out.
P. S.  People now call me "Skinny" --- ME!  (And I haven't even had my reconstructive, tummy-tuck yet.)
