Good morning sweetie. I hope that Hump Day is going well for you. It is just the same old same old.

Bill just got the WalMart paper and there is baby stuff on sale in there. So now he is shopping for the new grandbaby. He is the one that tells me that I should wait and here he is shopping in the paper. Now he is talking about a walker but then he says we already have one. He is excited about this baby even if he acts like it is nothing.

Today's food is kind of in the air. But then with him on vacation my life is kind of in the air too. ha ha

B: sf maple and brown sugar oatmeal
L: not sure but I know I am having the leftover spaghetti squash (that was soooo good!)
D: fish and veggies
S: ?

Good Morning Dear Linda........

I am glad it is hump day.....down hill from here on out!!

Still in alot of arthritis and fibromyalgia pain. The meds help but they really screw up my thinking.

Kyleigh is struggling again. I think she needs a change in her meds. My daughter is home with her and trying to get an appointment for her to see someone. Please send a prayer or two for her and my daughter.

Nic has chemo this week. He is doing okay. Got pretty sick Monday but managed to get to school yesterday. He is still at the hospital now so I don't know how it went today. I know you are always praying for him.

B-Boost (no appetite)
L-refried beans w/ cheese or Boost
S-Banana
D-meatballs and green beans w/ bacon
S-fruit??

Good afternoon, Linda... heeheehee

I have been up and went to Curves and then to Water aerobics...  Gonna do the same thing tomorrow.  Gotta do what I can when I can because work gets in the way!

Breakfast - cheese stick
Lunch - a Smart Ones - I ate the chicken part
              cottage cheese, jello fluff
Supper - baked fish - probably the mahi mahi with some vegetables - have you tried the steamers - put the bag in the microwave and pour into a bowl?  Yummy !  I think I have the broccoli, carro****er chestnut mixture  Fast and easy

I need to get a protein drink in somewhere for snack.

Hi, everyone:

This is an after the fact post, been a busy day.

I had pumpkin oatmeal for breakfast, 

1/2 shake and 1/2 cup cranberry juice snack

Lunch:  1/2 grilled cheese sandwich (left from yesterday) 1/2 cup chili, and 1/4 banana

S.  shake, 1/2 c. cranberry shake.

D.   chicken leg, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup baby peas, and 1/3 cup eggplant.

S. shake

Going to bed soon.
