SO I STOPPED IN TO SEE DIANE...
good grief!!!! seems things are worse than ever with her and jerry!!! all phones are now shut off...home and cell...also the heat and lights will be shut off on the 4th...she got a letter saying they are going to reposess her car soon if they don't get 500 bucks...no food in the house at all...just beer and pop!!! sighs...checked on the cat food..its almost gone so we will buy a large bag tonight to take over there...only because sassy is still there!!!! she wants money from us but we have none to spare...if she would have only listened tome she would be better off....but nope she won't listen so its her own fault!!!! jerry keeps getting money out of the bank for his lottery tickets, gas and beer...why she won;t put the money into another account that he can't get to is beyond me!!!! so be it...its her fault now plus his!!!!!

The problem is that they always got all the money they needed from Rick and never believed that you two wouldn't help them. Stay strong and hold your ground. They are adults and need to get themselves out of this mess. Maybe if this gets tough enough she will finally do something to change the situation. If not the poor choices will continue to be theirs....no one elses!! If you feel sorry for them they will never learn how to do things right. Good Luck!!

you are right connie!!! they went through bankruptcy once before and didn't learn anything at all it seems!!!! oh yeah they sure depended on rick to help them out each week when they were short of funds...they still haven't rented the cottage house either!!! if they could get that rented out it would be 600 bucks for them but they can't afford the add in the paper to get it rented out...and yes they want rick to pay for that too!!!! NO WAY!!!!!! whay part of NO don't they understand???? we want them to leave us alone about their money problems!! its not our fault they have no idea how to manange money!!!! we have our own place to worry about now they knew we were gonna move out soon and did they believe that?? i doubt it....i feel sorry for them but hey wake up people!!!! get your ducks in a row that need to be taken care of before the beer and lottery!!!! gezzzz and she loves the drama in her life i guess because we and others have told her for a long long time now to leave him and does she? NOOOO she just stays there and lives like this!!!! sad

thanks brenda!! my nerves are a total wreck right now with them!!! its all jerrys fault for walking off the job he had and they were doing good....now he has a new job and still is getting mouthy there and lost some days because of it!!!! he just keeps getting into the money in the bank for the bills and spends it on lottery tickets and football boards and beer!!!!! i told her to take the money out of that account and put it into another one so he can't get into it...did she do it?? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so whose fault is it?? not ours thats for sure!!!! as for the cat...sassy is ricks cat and he wants her here with us so bad...we might sneak her into the apartment soon and hope we don't get caught!!!! they keep her in that cold dark basement and only give her food and water....she is an old cat and has this upper respatory thing going on in her nose...never got well from when rick was in michigan with me...so we will get some food for the cats...they have 2 upstairs with them plus the dog. they feed their cats real tuna fish!!!!! plus the dry food we supply!!!! not sure what the dog eats...people food i guess plus treats for dogs. its a mixed up house thats for sure!!!! so glad we are out of there!!!! but jerry is still blaming us for not staying there to help them out!!!! he is the one that quit his job and not us!!!! we did our part while we were there and that was enough!!!! now get this...the furnace with central air is only about 2 years old...he is monkying around with it saying there is something wrong with it!!! just like the ho****er tank that "blew up" he was messing around with that also and low and behold there it went!!! 900 bucks later a new ho****er tank!!! he just can't leave well enough alone!!!!! is he looking for a new furnace now??? so ignorant!!!!
