Jenny, welcome aboard.  Just echoing the others here, the only way to do it is to jump in with both feet. 

Let me encourage you to check out the What's New? post every morning.  Just let us know how yesterday went and what you have planned for today.   I like to look at it as talking over your backyard fence with your neighbor (something that isn't done near enough these days).

Jenny, one thing I found out is you have to be 1/2 crazy to be here so I fit in quit well.... Most of us are over 50 but I'm sure some aren't, they just are here to see how we "over 50" have made it this far..Everyone is up front and honest here..welcome, Beth

I'm fairly new here as well. I'm still pre-op, doing the 6 month diet thing. And I don't post often. I'm trying to do more though...so everyone can get to know me. I read so I feel I know all of them though

hi jenny!!!! i also had dr foote!!! i am just over 2 years out now and have lost 146 pounds!!! dr foote is an awesome dr!!!

so where are you from in michigan? i was in saginaw but moved here to ohio back in june this year and love it!!!

congrats on getting WLS and starting a new healthier life again!! hope to see you here more often...we are a great group that supports everyone no matter what!!!
